Reader Survey Results

The previous issue of Drinking Water & Health included a reader survey asking about the newsletter's usefulness and format. Thanks to all of you who sent us your input and ideas. In addition to many excellent story ideas, the results have been overwhelmingly positive:

  • 91% find the newsletter's contents either very useful or useful
  • 99% believe the publication helps them to be more effective in their jobs

  • 95% feel that the length of the articles and the amount of information in each issue is "about right"

  • 84% regard the frequency of publication as "about right," while 16% think the frequency is not often enough

  • 89% share their copies with coworkers

While the response has been strong, we'd still like to hear from other readers. We're very interested in your feedback and also hope you can furnish us with an e-mail address for use in future distributions.
